Torch Pegasus, originally known as Flame Pegasus in Japan, is a groundbreaking Attack Type Beyblade associated with Raul Fernandez. This Beyblade stands out due to its innovative Gyro Engine Gear, a feature that eliminates the need for a traditional shooter or launcher. Instead, a winder (ripcord) can be inserted directly into the Gyro Engine Gear, allowing for seamless launching.  

What makes Torch Pegasus truly exceptional is its dual-spin capability. By adjusting the insertion of the ripcord, it can be launched in either right-spin or left-spin. This makes it the only stock dual-spin Beyblade, a distinction it shares with the left-spin Dragoon series. The dual-spin stock design was not revisited until the introduction of the Hard Metal System, further solidifying Torch Pegasus as a trailblazer in Beyblade history.
